The collection of clothing is an activity in which almost all layers of a society unite. Our research has shown that 83% of the population donates clothing for charity. This entails that one brings clothing to either a garment collection bin or donates clothing through a collection bag, all for the purpose to donate to charity. This means an analysis of the garment collection bin is representative of a certain area or neighborhood.

Meanwhile KICI has emptied 1.500.000 collection containers which resulted to almost 11.000.000 kilograms of collected used clothing.
